By registering, ordering, or using the Premium Laundry website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are phrased in masculine form for convenience only but apply equally to all users.
2. About Our Service
Premium Laundry is an online platform offering laundry pick-up and delivery services, including washing, folding, dry cleaning, and ironing. We are owned and operated by Jouda Ltd., located at Tira, Tarek Abd Alhi St, 4491500.
3. Registration and Use
Users must register by providing accurate and complete personal information.
Usernames and passwords must remain confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
We may restrict or suspend access if any misuse or violation of these terms or the law occurs.
4. Orders and Payment
Services are paid in full via credit card.
You will receive a confirmation email detailing the services and cost.
Service costs are based on item quantity or weight; discrepancies at collection will adjust the final charge.
All prices include VAT and are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS).
5. Delivery Conditions and Service Areas
Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process.
Changes to delivery addresses after ordering may incur additional fees.
If an item is not collected or delivered due to customer fault, additional shipping charges may apply.
Our service areas currently include Petah Tikva, Rosh HaAyin, Givat Hashlosha, and others listed on our website.
Laundry items are typically returned within 3 business days; minor delays may occur without compensation if within 3 business days.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure items are free from valuables (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics) before handing them over.
Items must be intact, without pre-existing damages, and appropriate for the chosen service (washing, ironing, etc.).
Report any suspected damage promptly for review and inspection.
7. Cancellation and Changes
You may cancel an order within 14 days of placing it, provided it is at least 2 business days before the service date.
Cancellation incurs a fee: the lower of 5% of the order value or 100 NIS.
Contact us by phone, registered mail, or email for cancellations.
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to update service prices and offerings without prior notice.
In the event of pricing or content errors, we may cancel affected orders.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal and usage data to enhance service delivery.

Your data is secured but may be vulnerable to unforeseeable cyber threats.
We do not sell or share your personal information except as necessary to provide the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
